Chartered in 2016 and based in Manila, Philippines, the club is deeply rooted in the Rotary ideal of "Service Above Self."

Manila Supreme 198 champions projects aligned with Rotary’s Seven Areas of Focus, including peacebuilding and conflict prevention, disease prevention and health promotion, basic education and literacy, and economic and community development.
