The Rotary Club of Manila Supreme 198, under the leadership of Impact Creating President Leslie Tan Rivera and in full support of Rotary International District 3810 Governor Maria Rosa "Bing" Carrion, proudly unveils its flagship humanitarian initiative—the 102 SHARE Grande Tower Groundbreaking Ceremony.

This landmark project is a testament to Rotary's commitment to creating sustainable and life-changing opportunities for Filipino families by promoting safe, affordable, and dignified housing. Guided by the theme, "Building Christ-Centered Communities Through Faith, Housing, and Service," the development aims to provide 473 residential units within a modern, eco-friendly, and community-oriented high-rise designed to improve the quality of life of its future residents.

Developed in partnership with SHARE Foundation, Inc., Rafeli Realty Development Corporation, 102 SHARE Village VIII Homeowners Association, Inc., and supported by various public and private sector partners, the project demonstrates the power of collaboration in addressing one of society's most pressing needs—accessible and sustainable housing.

As RC Manila Supreme 198's flagship project, the 102 SHARE Grande Tower embodies Rotary's 2026–2027 theme, "Create Lasting Impact," by laying the foundation not only for a residential community but also for a future built on hope, compassion, service, and shared responsibility.
